Here’s Our Definition: if you have an active Termite Warranty with us, it means that all spot treatments for active Eastern Subterranean Termites (the most common kind in our service areas) will be completed for your property at no additional cost to you.
In other words, we’ve got you covered.

How do I get a Termite Warranty to cover my property?
There are two ways to get a renewable Termite Warranty with us:
1. We can complete a Termite Treatment at your property and provide you a Treatment Warranty.
Automatic 1 Year Warranties: Most of our Termite Treatments automatically come with one-year “Treatment Warranties.” The coverage area of these warranties will depend on the scope of the treatment. If you have questions about this - let us know!
Warranty Renewal Options: We give you the option to renew the Treatment Warranty for a renewal charge at the end of the 1st year, before the warranty lapses. This can extend your coverage for an additional year. We also may give you the option to expand the scope of your warranty with us at this time as well. For example, if we only did a Termite Treatment on Building 1 - only Building 1 would have a Treatment Warranty. However, we may give you the option to expand the Warranty to cover the entire property or sections of the entire property.
2. You can get a Termite Warranty Plan from us
Termite Warranty Plans: We offer warranty plans that can fit your property’s specific needs. Generally, most property managers need their entire properties covered by a termite warranty. We’re happy to provide this coverage.
Warranty Renewal Options: You can renew our Termite Warranties annually. This gives you ongoing coverage and protects your property over time.
Do I need a Termite Warranty for my property?
Yes - sometimes!
Financing Requirements: Some lending and financing agreements require that property’s maintain Termite Warranties (also called “Bonds”) to protect the property and investment.
Management Company Responsibility: If you’re managing a property on behalf of an owner or outside investors, it may be your responsibility to inspect and protect the property from termite damage on an ongoing basis. A Termite Warranty Plan is the easiest way to do this.
