What is a free “Termite Walk”?
One of our Termite Specialists will walk your property and inspect the outside of buildings for visible termites. This is a great step to assess your property’s needs.
How often should I have my property inspected for termites?
We recommend that every commercial property is inspected for active termites at least once per year.
Termites are almost always on your property - putting pressure on the outside of your buildings. Active termite colonies or “spots” on your buildings need to be addressed as quickly as possible to limit the damage they can do to accessible wood.
What does it involve to complete?
It's easy for property managers! It doesn't involve keys, access, notifications, etc. All you have to do is get it scheduled. We’ll take care of the rest.
After the free inspection, our team will provide you a termite treatment plan and a termite warranty plan depending on what we find.
WDI Reports
What is a WDI Report?
WDI stands for “Wood Destroying Insect,” and these reports are legal documents completed on a State of Texas standardized form.
The report documents visible activity of "Wood Destroying Insects” like termites. It also notates “conducive conditions” or areas of the property that are susceptible to future problems.
Why would properties need a WDI Report?
Some lenders and banks will require WDI Reports as part of the lending process - either when purchasing a property or re-financing a property.
Because these are regulated State forms and are used for lending decisions, we do charge for completing official WDI Reports. We can send you a bid that’s based on the size of the property.
Annual Warranty Inspections
What is an Annual Warranty Inspection?
If you have a current Termite Warranty with us, we’ll schedule a time for one of our Termite Specialists to inspect the outside of your buildings once / year. During this inspection, we’re looking for any active termites.
The good news? If you’re under warranty, we’ll treat any termites we find at no additional cost. We’ve got you covered!
